The Premier Report

We understand that purchasing a home takes a lot of your time and energy.  That is why we provide you with our Premier Report, a comprehensive summary of your future home’s condition. Our 20+ page inspection reports are computer generated with digital pictures and are very detailed, while easy to read and understand. Our reports come in a three ring binder with a 128 page home manual titled “How To Operate Your Home” and a coupon for a Free BRINKS security system (installation included). You will find our report binder easy to reference information such as Model and Serial numbers of the Water Heater, Furnace, Air Conditioning and much more.

The front pages our report includes a Defective, Safety and Marginal summary, which gives a quick overview of the findings during our inspection. This is not the full report; you will want to review the entire report for a complete understanding of all the information provided.

Most inspection reports are printed onsite however sometimes more attention is needed, especially with older homes. In these cases we finish the reports at the office and deliver the report by e-mail no later than noon the next day.
