Free Appliance Recall Check All of our home inspections include a free appliance recall check. During the course of our home inspection the inspector will note the Make, Model & Serial Numbers of the appliances installed including the Stove, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Microwave, Furnace, Air Conditioner & Water Heater. You the client will receive a separate report from a company called Recall Chek stating whether or not if a recall has been issued from the manufacturer of the appliance. If a recall has been issued the report will contain what the recall entails and who and how to remedy the problem. Many times the manufacturer issues a voucher towards a new appliance ranging from $250 - $900 or sometimes even more! This free service we provide to you is for life. If you purchase new appliances you can add the information and every month you will receive a report on whether or not your appliances have been recalled and how to remedy the problem. 90 day Home Warranties Beware of Home Inspection Companies that offer 90 - 100 Day Home Warranties!
